Smoked Salmon Bagel

  • 3 x French Bakery Plain Bagel (F88873)
  • 6 oz.Tatua Mascarpone/ Cream Cheese (C00025) 
  • 6 oz. Aoraki Cold Smoked Salmon (CF00048)
  • Pepper (N.Y Cut/ Black) (A00948)
  • Optional: 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion (C00359)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp. Sandhurst capers, drained (A00597)
  • Optional: Garnish:  Local Lemon wedges (C00503)
1)Spread the toasted bagel bottom halves with cream cheese.

2)Sprinkle half the capers over the cream cheese, if desired.

3)Top with sliced smoked salmon.
4)Garnish the bagel tops with the rest of the capers, onion, and black pepper.
5)Serve right away with lemon wedges.
