Sweet Corn with Garlic Mayo and Parmesan

Finally... fresh sweet corn available (and grown) in Vanuatu!!


8 fresh Sweet Corn 
Parmesan (Shaved) 
A handful flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 long red chilli, finely chopped

Garlic Mayo
1 tsp Pams Crushed Garlic 
½ cup QP Japanese Mayonnaise

Sea Salt & Black pepper to taste

Step 1. Cook the corn in boiling salted water until tender. Drain well.

Step 2. Combine garlic and mayonnaise.

Step 3. Brush corn with Garlic Mayo then top with shaved parmesan and scatter over the parsley and chilli.
