Fall-off-the-bone tender, packed with flavour, and ready when you are — our Sous Vide BBQ Pork Ribs are made the right way, right here at The Local Butcher.
We start by rubbing the ribs with a blend of BBQ spices and leaving them to marinate for 24 hours. They're then slow-cooked in a precision water bath for another 24 hours until they reach that perfect tenderness. Once cooled, we coat them in our BBQ sauce and vacuum seal for freshness.
All the hard work is done. Just heat and enjoy.
How to heat:
Oven — 220°C for 15 minutes
BBQ Grill — medium heat, 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally for that extra char
